Green Bay, Wisconsin
I’m Alyssa. Born and raised in Green Bay, and I help train agents at eXp University. Teaching it keeps me sharp, so you get the local know-how and the playbook.

“I train the agents. You get the trainer.”
Big decisions feel easier when you have a clear plan.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing yet. That’s what I’m here for.

Why work with me
I’m a Learning Experience Lead at eXp University, where I build and teach the training other agents use to level up. That keeps me sharp on what works right now, and every bit of it goes into how I take care of you.
01
I help train real estate agents at eXp University, so I’m always deep in pricing, negotiation, marketing and the tools that actually work. You get all of it.
02
Born-and-raised knowledge of Green Bay and the Fox Valley. Not a guess from a map.
03
You’ll get the real answer, even when it’s not the easy one. No pressure, no fluff, no surprises.
04
You’ll know what’s happening and what comes next, without having to chase me for an update.
Where I work
I grew up here. I know the neighborhoods, the schools and the little things that never make it into a listing. That local read matters when you’re pricing a home or making an offer.
About Alyssa
I’m a Green Bay REALTOR® with eXp Realty. I also help train agents at eXp University, which keeps me on top of what’s working right now.
That mix makes me a little obsessed with doing things right: a clear plan, honest pricing, and keeping you in the loop from the first conversation to the closing table.
Outside of real estate, I’m curious about pretty much everything. The same curiosity helps me figure out what you actually want, not just what’s on your list.
